Employees are the backbone of any company therefore their management plays a major role in
deciding the success of an organization. Employees record profiling Software makes it easy for
the employer to keep track of all records. This software allows the administrator to edit
employees, add new employees, transfer/promote/terminate employees and also manage identity card. The present world is technology driven as it is employed by many fields in the performance of their operation. In the case of record keeping, profiling and instantaneous record retrieval, this is evident in the use of automated employee management system to keep track and keep record of employee both teaching and non-teaching staff. Employee record profiling and identity management being one of the important factors in an organization and so, requires efficient and effective monitoring. For this reason, employee record profiling system have been developed to achieve this purpose. However, in Most organization, the employee record profiling is employed is majorly manual, which is, the use of pen and paper. This record is therefore susceptible to destruction from pests and uncensored manipulation by both authorized and unauthorized personnel. This crude method has resulted in problems in the areas of authenticity, security, retrieval, storage, and tracking of employee record. This research aims to design and implement a computerized asset management system for organizations. The system was implemented using Object Oriented Programming language for a highly interactive graphical user interface, Java and MySQL for a robust database.
